The speaking fee includes:

• A 30-minute pre-event strategy planning call for Project Implicit staff and event organizers
• An interactive workshop including self-reflection activities, breakout sessions, and group discussions
• A 30-minute post-event debrief for Project Implicit staff and event organizers

Speaking fees for Workshops may be adjusted based on the format, location, duration, and level of customization.

Unless otherwise quoted, the speaking fees above include a flat fee to cover: airfare, ground transportation, a hotel stay for up to two nights, and a per diem for the facilitator. Additional fees may apply depending on location, transportation required (i.e., a rental car vs. rideshare/taxi), the number of facilitators, and if additional specific requests are made.

On a limited basis, Project Implicit is able to provide a facilitator for less than the standard service fee. These exceptions are based on the nature of the organization, the level of content tailoring, and facilitator availability. If you would like to learn more, please submit an inquiry form.
